Welcome to denisecomaia.art, a personal art website and online shop operated under supervision by a parent or legal guardian of Denise Comaia, a young artist based in Portugal.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. 👩‍🎨 Who We Are

This website features the original anime-style artwork and creative content by Denise Comaia. All transactions, communications, and data management are supervised by a responsible adult in accordance with applicable law.

2. 🛍️ Products and Orders

  • All physical products (prints, stickers, apparel) are sold in limited quantities and are handmade or printed with care.

  • Digital products (e.g. commissions, wallpapers) are delivered by email or secure download.

  • Product images shown are for reference; slight variations in color or sizing may occur.

✔️ To place an order:

  • You must be at least 16 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

  • Provide accurate shipping and contact information.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

3. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days from Portugal.

  • Estimated delivery: EU (5–10 days), International (10–20 days).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal issues, or incorrect addresses.

4. 📩 Commissions

  • Custom commissions are digital only and for personal use.

  • No NFTs, commercial licenses, or resale unless previously discussed and agreed in writing.

  • All commissions are reviewed and managed under adult supervision.

  • We reserve the right to decline any commission that is inappropriate, offensive, or outside Denise’s current skill level or interests.

5. 🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Physical Products: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo for a replacement or refund.

  • Digital Products & Commissions: These are non-refundable once delivered.

6. 💡 Copyright & Usage

  • All content (artwork, characters, product designs, etc.) on this website is the intellectual property of Denise Comaia.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any content without written permission.

  • Fan art is for display purposes only and not intended for resale.
